Landlord Ledger is a small, independent shop — the files are built and supported by one person, not a call centre. If something in a workbook doesn't behave, if a formula looks wrong, or if you just want a refund, write to us and you'll get a human answer.

What we can help with

• Download problems — a missing file, a broken zip, a lost receipt.
• How-to questions — where to enter something, why a cell is locked, how to import into Google Sheets.
• Suspected formula errors. Send the sheet name and cell reference (and a screenshot if you can). Every formula was tested before release, but if you have found a real bug we want to know — we will fix it and republish the file, and you can re-download the corrected version at no cost.
• Refunds — see below.

What we can't help with

We can't tell you what notice period your state requires, whether a repair is deductible or a capital improvement, whether a particular applicant can be declined, or how to fill in your tax return. Those are legal and tax questions that depend on your jurisdiction and your situation, and they belong with a local attorney or tax professional. The files are educational templates and flag where you need to check.

Refunds — the 30-day guarantee, in detail

If the toolkit isn't right for you, you get your money back. No explanation required, no “did you really try it” questions.

1. Within 30 days of purchase, email support@landlordledgerhq.com — or simply reply to your Gumroad receipt email.
2. Include the email address you bought with, or the Gumroad order number from your receipt. That's all we need to find the order.
3. We acknowledge the request, normally within one business day, and issue the refund through Gumroad.
4. Gumroad returns the full purchase price to the original payment method. Their processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. You'll get a refund confirmation from Gumroad by email. Nothing else is required from you.

A few honest details: the refund covers the full price you paid, including any tax Gumroad collected. Because these are downloadable files, we ask that you delete your copies once a refund is issued — the licence ends with the refund. We don't refund purchases outside the 30-day window, but write to us anyway if something has gone wrong; we'd rather fix it than ignore it.

Payments and refunds are processed by Gumroad, which is the merchant of record for every sale. We never see or store your card details.
